WHAT IS NEXT... After our first meeting and we have finished with your floral/event design and budget, if we are connecting with each other and you would like to hire us, the first thing required is a $250 non refundable deposit. This saves the date for your event and your event only. We only do one event a day, so that we are fully committed to you. After that we will submit a final budget and contract, the remaining balance is due 15 days before the wedding, unless specialty items need to be purchased ahead of time. Other payment plans can be arranged leading up to your wedding day. We want this to be a fun process with no surprises. So that when The Wedding arrives your Day is full of Love and Beautifully Arranged Fresh Flowers.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT...We take pride in offering high end floral and event designs for fair prices. Our prices are based on your individual design plan, cost, availability and seasonality of flowers chosen (we seek only the freshest of flowers), amount of flowers needed, supplies, materials and any rental needs. Expertise and time needed to execute your design plan along with set up and break down. We are sensitive to all budgets and will do our best to help you stay with in yours. While our prices vary by client, our weddings can start as low as $1000 to upwards of $10,000. Our average weddings range between $2500 and $5000. We know that throughout the process of your wedding planning things can change, we are always able to work with you, without compromising the look or feel or your dream for your wedding day.
WHERE TO START... Most Brides say to me "I have never done this before....I am not sure where to start?" at SWEET BLOSSOM we start with a get to know you meeting. We will talk about how you want your Wedding Day to look and feel. We will look at colors, ideas, pictures, inspiration pieces, things that you love and your personal style. We will talk about what you need, how many Bouquets? Boutonnieres? What you need at the Ceremony and at the Reception. Then we will put those things together to come up with a floral/event design plan and budget. This is just a starting point, we know that planning a wedding is an ongoing process and that there can be changes. We offer flexibility and availability as you plan your wedding day.
